Panel Interview
The final stage was an individual panel interview in the Dubai Television studios. The panel of experts was led by Mohammed Ben Sulayem, and also contained Mahir Badri, Khalid Al-Hussein, and David Hassan. Each interview lasted about twenty minutes and allowed the candidates the opportunity to set out their aspirations for their careers.
Following the interviews, the panel were briefed on the performance of each driver in each of the three previous tests, and based on both these results and the performances in the final interview, the panel selected who they wished to go through to the intensive training at the University of Ulster as the nations first Motorsport Star.
